Went twice during our stay in the area. First for a Bowen massage, then for a Lymph Drainage massage and sauna. Both treatments were excellent - my body says a huge thank you! Even managed to switch off the mind! Will def be back, when in the area again.
Today I had reflexology. For those not in the know, reflexology is more than just a foot massage. So much more. The masseur finds your tender spots and massages them out. After one, I feel like a piece of jelly (boneless). So relaxing. I would recommend this service to all.
